Coverage Details

What's Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:
  • Broken or failed zippers
  • Stitching failuers
  • Material defects caused by manufacturing issues
If something fails because it wasn’t built right, we’ll make it right.

What's Not Covered

While we stand behind our construction, the Last Bag Guarantee does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, fading, fabric abrasion, or fraying over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or overloading
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
  • Lost or stolen bags
  • Bags purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces including Facebook Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms
  • Bags without proof of purchase

How the warranty works

Every Geau Sport bag automatically includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

To extend that coverage to our Lifetime Warranty, simply register your bag with us.

How to unlock your Lifetime Warranty
  • Register your bag within 30 days of purchase
  • Registration takes less than a minute
  • Once registered, your bag is covered for life

Registration allows us to confirm ownership, share product care guidance, and reach out if we ever need to provide important updates. We keep this respectful and minimal.

Zipper care

Zippers are one of the hardest-working components of any bag.

To help ensure long-term performance, we ask that you follow our Zipper Maintenance Guidelines, which outline simple care practices that can significantly extend zipper life. Proper zipper care is required for warranty coverage related to zipper issues.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your bag qualifies for a warranty claim, email us at help@geausport.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number or proof of purchase from an authorized retailer
  • Date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • One or more clear photos showing the problem
  • Your preferred shipping address

Every claim is reviewed carefully and handled with care.

If your claim is approved

If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll ship a replacement bag of comparable value.

Rather than asking you to send your original bag back, we encourage you to donate it to a local junior tennis or pickleball player in need whenever possible. We like the idea of bags continuing to support movement, even when their journey with you has ended.

Warranty replacement shipping

Replacement shipping is free within the contiguous United States.
If you are located outside the contiguous U.S., you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement.

Warranties outside the United States

Warranty coverage for Geau Sport bags purchased outside of the United States is handled through the authorized international retailer where the bag was originally purchased.

If you purchased your bag from an international retailer, please contact that retailer directly to initiate a warranty claim. They will guide you through inspection, replacement, or next steps according to their local warranty process.
Handling international warranty claims through local retail partners allows for faster support, reduced shipping delays and costs, and a smoother overall experience.
