Geau Sport 1-Year Warranty
Geau Sport products carry a 1-year warranty on material and workmanship defects unless otherwise specified. If you have an issue with a Geau Sport product within 1 year of the original purchase date, we will replace the item free of charge. Replacements will be of equal or greater value and have similar features and functionality to that of the originally purchased product. If this is not possible, Geau Sport reserves the right to replace items with a comparable item of lesser value and refund the retail price difference to the customer. This warranty does not cover contents of a bag, abuse, unusual use, loss of parts or damage otherwise caused by the customer outside of normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damages or changes over time, as long as the functionality of the product is not affected. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping outside of the continental USA. Customers outside of the continental USA are required to pay for the shipping of a replacement product.
Warranty Restrictions:
Purchases from unauthorized retailers on third-party sites, platforms, or stores (example: eBay, Amazon), may not be covered under warranty.
Proof of purchase will be required to file a warranty claim.
Warranty Claims:
Please contact help@geausport.com to initiate a warranty claim. Please include the following in your email:
- Your name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photo of the issue
- Your desired shipping address for a replacement product if the warranty is approved
If your bag is within warranty and we ship a replacement bag to you, please find a junior tennis group in your local area and donate your old Geau Sport bag to someone who may not be able to afford a Geau Sport tennis bag otherwise. If you are outside of the contiguous USA you will be responsible for the cost of shipping of the replacement product.
