If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund. A refund will be given for the cost of the item minus the cost of the return shipping. Returns are credited to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, any necessary packaging, and handling charges.

 To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the product
  • Returned products cannot be used and must be in new condition – inclusive of hang tags and insert cards

Returns process:

  1. Contact us at to initiate a return. When emailing us your return request, please provide the below information:
    1. Title of your email – “return request for (your order #)”
    2. Your name
    3. Order number
    4. Condition of the product – is it still unused, does it still have tags, do you still have the shipping box that it shipped within
    5. Primary reason for the return request
  2. If you receive a return authorization from Geau Sport, we will email you a shipping label that you can print out and tape over the original shipping label. Your cost for the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Shipping label costs are summarized below:
    1. Racquet Bags within continental USA – $25
    2. Backpacks and Totes within continental USA - $20
    3. Accessories and apparel within continental USA – $7
    4. All other geographies beyond continental USA – The same $ amount that you paid for shipping when ordering the product
  3. When packing your return please include the original packing slip inside of the box. If you have lost your packing slip, include a note that includes the below information:
    1. Your order number
    2. The word “Return”
    3. The name of the product being returned
