At Geau Sport, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange it for something else.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The request must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the product
- Returned products cannot be used and must be in the condition you received them – inclusive of hang tags and insert cards
A refund will be given for the cost of the item. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Buyer must pay for the return shipping, any necessary packaging, and handling charges.
Returns are credited to the original form of payment.

Please contact help@geausport.com to initiate a return. When emailing us your return request, please include your name, order number, condition of the product, and primary reason for the return request.
If you receive a return authorization from Geau Sport, please ship the product to the below address and include a note inside the box that states the name of the product being returned along with the original order #:
