Thoughtfully designed bags made to carry your gear, stay organized, and last for years—not seasons.
Every Geau Sport bag is created with purpose—focused on functionality, durability, and a clean, understated design that works across tennis, pickleball, and beyond.
Just got it and I love it so far. Seems well constructed as well as a great design!
I'm not one to write a review immediately after purchasing a product, but I didn't intend to wait two years. However, after two years of abuse through 120-degree summers and, sometimes, 40-degree winter morning and evening matches, this bag has become my tough yet gentle companion and protector of my precious gear.
Despite the abuse of league, tournament, or drop-in matches, my companion has never let me down. I have never had a failed/stuck zipper, never had a tear of any kind, the strong Velcro of the divider shelves has never lost its grip, and the color (blue) has not faded, despite absorbing at least 6 hours of desert heat per week over the last two years (the rest of my play time is in evenings). For clarity, at almost every changeover I put my racquet back into my bag instead of placing it on the hot concrete, and I keep everything zipped up as I don't want the sun overheating my backup racquets. Long story short, I have tested the zippers a LOT.
I usually hang my bag on a fence, but at some tournaments I have had to put it on the ground, where I truly appreciate the standing bag feature with a thick durable base. This is important to me because I had to lay previous bags down much more of the bag surface had to endure the hot concrete which would heat the contents more quickly and ruin the fabric of the bag. I LOVE that this bag base is specifically designed for ground exposure. So, I can also say that the fence hook and self-standing/self-support of the bag has stood up to all the weight I put in my bag (and I put everything in my bag—4 racquets, 4 cans of balls, GoPros, string meter, first aid kit, lotions, overgrips, towels, wristbands, etc. Water and food is carried in a separate cooler).
Everything about this bag is thoughtful, well designed, durable, and I would even say luxurious. My phone, wallet, and key fob are well protected and buffered in comfort (which I greatly appreciate) in the valuables area, the dividers and brilliant and easy access to the main compartment makes grabbing specifically needed items quick and easy (no rummaging for band-aids or balls), and I could go on.
I have only one real complaint. I like to carry 4 racquets. My thin beam Pro Staffs are snug and I do not like scraping racquets against each other. I'm careful, but I still don't like that. I have recently upgraded to thicker 1-inch beam racquets, and the tightness is more severe, and because these racquets are white instead of black, the hoop edges are starting to lose paint as I add/remove racquets so regularly. My ONE AND ONLY wish for this back is an extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch of space in each racquet compartment. It would still (I think) keep racquets from knocking together during transit but allow just enough room to add/remove a little easier. For those that carry two racquets or less, you will never have this issue, and each racquet will be swaddled up like a baby in the gentle protective fabric.
You cannot go wrong with this bag, you will appreciate the design more and more as you use it, and you will get your money's worth out of this DURABLE bag. Thanks Geau Sport!
Best bag I've ever had especially being a pocket guy (travel vests, travel pants, etc.). I guess the team that designed the bag are totally in charge of the company. I'm sure glad the zipper on my last bag failed. I love good design and this one breaks the tennis bag mold. Purchased at T-W.
Please please pleaaaaaaaaaaaase keep making these bags! It holds a lot and keeps my racquets secure. The best part of this bag is the mesh front zip compartment. I throw my shoes and wet towels and don’t have to worry about other things in my bag becoming damp. I can’t find anything like it on the market. This got to be your signature bag, GeauSport!!!
I bought this bag and love it. I ended up buying another one for my wife b/c she liked it so much. The mesh pocket is perfect for wet clothes if you play in an area that gets super hot.
I appreciate that it’s not covered in logos and how much thought clearly went into the design.
I have tried many different types and brands of tennis bags, and without a doubt, this duffle bag from Geau is the best. This bag is made with higher quality materials and it is clear that it was designed by a person who understands what tennis players want and need in there bag. There is tons of space in the bag with many side pockets (and the option to add more with the velcro pockets). On a daily basis I fit: 4 rackets, 2 water bottles, a towel, 4 shirts, an extra pair of shorts, my shoes, 2 hats, grips, tapes, and much more. But the best part of the bag is the velcro shelving system. The velcro is very strong and helps me stay organized. The problem that I always faced in other bags was the fact the no matter how neatly you pack your bag, the second you pick it up, everything falls to the bottom. With this bag, whenever I open it, everything is exactly where I packed it. Another thing that I love about this bag is that there is minimal branding on it. Many other brands make me feel like a walking advertisement, and I appreciate how low key the outside of this bag is. i really can't say enough good things about this bag, I would recommend it for any level of player. I could never see myself using another brand in the future.
The bag's design is completely unique. Other companies may try to copy it in the future, but this is the original and one of the best bags available. For people who like organization, the stand-up "locker" style separates your tennis gear neatly. This wasn't a feature I knew I needed until I tried it myself. It doesn't take up much space at home in the closet. And for the players who like to switch racquets and play different brands, the all-black, unbranded looks won't clash with your racquet of choice. The materials and zippers seem sturdier than bags from the big brands, which have failed on me in the past. I'd 100% purchase this bag again! Support this small brand run by a true tennis enthusiast.
This Christmas, I got the Axiom 9-Pack in Aegean blue replacing my old tennis bag. What an upgrade! My wet stuff stays away from my dry stuff. I no longer have to dive deeply into my old bag to find my keys after playing. There’s plenty of room for all my gear plus 4 racquets. I like all of the organizational pockets especially the side pocket for glasses, wallet, phone, etc. But for me, the nicest thing, I think, is the way it stands and also hooks onto the fence so I can minimize the amount of clay or other dirt that gets tracked back into the car after playing, Nice job Geau.
This bag has helped me organize my tennis equipment and my training equipment, as a prior coach at the Junior Tennis Champions Center in College Park, MD. I am a USPTA tennis coach as well as a certified personal trainer ( NSCA), so I use a LOT of equipment when training my players, from ladders, footballs to tripods ( for video). I needed a bad that could not only carry all my equipment, but also organize the pieces for easy access . It also had to be durable so that I could transport all my goods from place to place. The Geau duffle fits all of my needs and then some.
